CNA – CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
CNA : Employee is required to provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for their activities of daily living. License and certification is required.
LPN – LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Complete and thorough candidate screening, including interviews, documentation and comprehensive criminal background checks.
RN – REGISTERED NURSE
RN : Employee provides professional nursing service for residents, following established policies and procedures. Accuracy and promptness in carrying out physician’s orders. Care and use of supplies and equipment. Adequate maintenance of medical records. License and certification is required.
DIETARY
Dietary : Assists in the kitchen area prior to, during, and after meals are served to the residents. Assists in maintaining kitchen work areas, and keeping equipment, utensils and food plates clean and orderly. No certification or prior experience necessary.

OT – OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ST – SPEECH THERAPIST PT – PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Therapists : Therapist reports to the Corporate Director of Rehabilitation and facility Director of Rehabilitation Services, and must meet recognized standards of the professional education and qualifications. License and certification is required.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping : Performs various cleaning tasks to ensure the facility is clean and sanitary. No license certification or prior experience is required.
